Your Ceremony Includes . . .

A personal two hour complimentary consultation on a date and time of your
choosing. There is no charge for pre-marital counseling, however it is not required.
If it is difficult for you to meet in person and you do not live within the
Palm Springs760 area code, you may also choose to arrange the consultation
by telephone using a Toll Free Number 888-915-VOWS (8697).
You can be assured that I will always communicate with you within 24 hours
of receiving any correspondence from you, albeit email, telephone or fax.

In order to reserve and guarantee your chosen date and time of your wedding, a 50% deposit is required. However, your deposit is totally refundable until 90 days prior to your Wedding date, at which time it becomes non-refundable. The 50% balance will become due 10 days prior to your Wedding date and at that time,
the entire fee becomes non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your initial 50% deposit, you will receive the following:

A Wedding Ceremony Checklist . . . this is a tool to help keep you organized and comfortable with the myriad of minute details that are involved in your ceremony. Special requests are more than welcomed.

Twenty-Seven pages of Readings and Vows you can edit if you wish to add, delete,
or mix and match words. You are encouraged to choose any readings other than
those I send to you. If you wish to write your own personal vows, I will be
happy to assist you in any way I can, and this is your opportunity to
best relate your own personalities and feelings.

A Questionnaire consisting of 5 general relationship questions for you and your
fiancé to review, and then you can decide if you would like to answer any or
all of the questions. Your answers will allow me to totally personalize
"YOUR STORY" and convey to everyone why you are making a
lifetime commitment to one another.

Most importantly, as soon as I create the first draft of your ceremony,
(usually weeks prior to your Wedding Ceremony) I send it to you for your review
and you have the opportunity to make any additions, deletions or changes.
This should eliminate any pre-ceremony stress you may have regarding the words
of your ceremony. It's not final until you tell me, "It's wonderful...we love it!"

Following your ceremony, you will be presented a complete
Wedding Package which includes the following:

A White ribboned Pochette containing a commemorative copy of your entire
Wedding Ceremony, together with a commemorative copy of your Certificate of Marriage (which is suitable for framing), and a signed and witnessed copy of your
original License and Certificate of Marriage. In order for your License to be
legally recorded, I send the original to the County where you obtained your
License. Also included is a completed copy of an Application for a
Certified Copy of your License and Certificate of Marriage.
You will receive one Certified Copy of your Marriage License and
you can make copies for changing of names, Social Security, etc.
Caution...do not give the original away...just copies *
*The Certified Copy of your License and Marriage Certificate is sent
to you by the applicable County within approximately 30 days
from the date of your Wedding.

Rehearsal . . .(Optional)

A rehearsal is definitely not required, but highly recommended. It includes
a 1 to 2 hour rehearsal no more than 2 days prior to your ceremony;
a complete Family and Wedding Party Processional, Wedding Party Placing,
Wedding Party and Wedding Family Recessional, and Music Cue Sheets
for your musicians and/or D.J.
A rehearsal ensures your peace of mind that your ceremony will be
flawless and any stress factors alleviated!

Coordinator Services for small/large weddings. . . (Optional)

Travel . . .(if necessary)

Included in your Ceremony and/or Rehearsal is travel to a location
within 50 miles of the Palm Springs, California area. Should
your location be beyond 50 miles, a determination of
any additional travel expense will be made during initial consultation.

Please let me know if the Bride or Groom is an
Active Firefighter, Police Officer or
Active Duty Member of the United States Armed Forces.
They will receive a 25% fee reduction.
